To deliver our services, we collect and store data you input into the platform — including client information, leads, automation workflows, documents, and AI interaction logs.
We automatically collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type, and device information.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain transaction records and subscription status for billing purposes.
If you contact us via our contact form or email, we retain those messages to respond and improve our support.

These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
When you use AI features (chat, voice receptionist, document intelligence), your inputs may be processed by third-party AI models. We do not sell this data to third parties.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hasaan Labs LLC, our users, or the public.
If Hasaan Labs LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, JWT-based authentication, and row-level security on our database. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies and local storage tokens to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will log you out of the platform.
